How to Install and Register the GSW SSH Server on Windows

This tutorial will show you how to get started with the most robust SSH Server available on the commercial market, running on Windows.

To begin, you will first need to install the GSW SSH Server, and then Register it.

Install the GSW SSH Server on Windows: The installation process is very simple. Download the GSW SSH Server from the Georgia SoftWorks website.

Step 1: Run sshshld.exe on your computer.

Step 2: Select the desired installation folders. There are set default folders for Win x64 and Win x86. Those folder location can be changed to your preference.

Step 3: The installation status bar will appear until the installation is complete. Click FINISH.

Your GSW SSH Server is now installed on Windows. Remember, Georgia SoftWorks provides a fully functional 30-day free trial period without requiring any registration.

When you are ready to register your SSH Server, follow these easy steps to register via serial number.

Register the GSW SSH Server on Windows: Step 1:Select the START button on your task bar, click PROGRAMS and then select the Georgia SoftWorks UTS Server.

Step 2: Right click on Registration and then select Run As Administrator. The Registration Tool Screen will appear. Complete the Customer Information fields.

Step 3: Click the Save to File button. Remember where you save the file. Navigate to the Georgia SoftWorks Support page and submit a Registration Ticket. Attached the saved file. Step 4: A Serial number will be generated and sent back to you. Open the GSW Registration Tool and input the Serial Number provided. Click REGISTER.

Your GSW SSH Server is now registered.
