Georgia SoftWorks (GSW) releases the latest version of the GSW Business Tunnel. Version 1.27.0009 is now available for shipping and distribution.
Georgia SoftWorks announces the newest release of the GSW Business Tunnel. The GSW Business Tunnel is an SSH Tunnel that allows users to securely browse the web, e-mail, remote desktop, manage servers (and more) from untrusted networks.
The latest version of the GSW Business Tunnel includes several new features. Two new features for non-administrative users have been added: “Activity Viewer” and the “Start” and “Stop” Business Tunnel. Furthermore, there have been significant performance enhancements when transferring large amounts of data, especially using SMB over SSH. There are new user interface options to configure ciphers, host key algorithms, key exchange algorithms, and macs added. Support has been added for chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com in non-FIPS mode. Lastly, there is now a channel window size configuration parameter, as well as documentation and copyright updates.
